The benefits include not only being better in my role, but also being able to increase my fees and win more interesting assignments. Exploring, discussing and learning new ways of thinking about research in areas such as leadership, stress, and organizational change was very illuminating.

I would certainly recommend this degree to anyone who is involved in human resource management.
