Transcripts & Diplomas

Current and past External students can obtain official copies of their transcripts from the Transcripts Office. The Transcripts Office can also provide an official letter which confirms your Award. For further information please see the Transcripts section of our website.

If you require a replacement certificate of your University of London degree, please send an email to diploma.enquiries@lon.ac.uk and state your name, qualification and year of graduation.

You will then be posted a Statutory Declaration form which you will need to have authorised by a Commissioner for Oaths (ie.solicitor, Public Notary) or Magistrate, along with details of the £30 fee.

Upon receipt of this form back, we will then be able to issue a Replacement Certificate.

If you would like to apply for a Letter of Certification instead (which is usually sufficient for all work/visa applications), or you are holding the original certificate & only require certified copies of it, please contact the Transcripts Office.
