Transcripts and diplomas
Current and past students can obtain official copies of their transcripts from the Transcripts Office. We can also provide an official letter which confirms your Award.
How to get a replacement certificate
If you require a replacement certificate of your University of London degree, please send an email to email@example.com and state your name, qualification and year of graduation.
We will post a Statutory Declaration form to you. You must get this form authorised by a Commissioner for Oaths (ie.solicitor, Public Notary) or Magistrate and include the £40 fee.
When we have received the form and payment, we will issue a Replacement Certificate to your address.
How to apply for a Letter of Certification
If you would like to apply for a Letter of Certification instead (which is usually sufficient for all work/visa applications), or you are holding the original certificate & only require certified copies of it, please contact the Transcripts Office.
Current and past external students can obtain official copies of their transcripts from the Transcripts Office.
Please note that your transcripts will show all attempts at examinations whether passed, failed or referred.
There is a fee involved for this service.
At certain times of year, the office gets extremely busy and processing may take many working weeks so submit your application as early as possible.
The official transcript will show the subjects you have studied and, the marks you have obtained for each subject. The transcript will hold the signature of the Chief Operating Officer of the University of London International Programmes and his embossed Seal. Please ensure that you read the notes carefully before completing the application form and fee slip in full (see above: download forms). These must be returned by POST. If you have any queries relating to the application form you can contact the Transcripts Office. Faxed/email/scanned applications will not be accepted.
