Student complaints procedure

The University of London International Programmes is committed to providing the highest quality service to all students. However, the University recognises that students may sometimes be dissatisfied and to improve the student experience we welcome feedback. If a student wishes to make a complaint they should follow the procedure for making a complaint described in the downloadable document provided below.

It is recognised that making a complaint is a serious matter and it is treated as such by the University. The University seeks to reassure any student making a complaint that it treats all complaints confidentially and that making a complaint will not influence the progress of a student’s study.
