EMFSS Examination Entry Forms 2010

The examination entry forms below are designed to be used by EMFSS students in most countries (including the UK), please note that there are different forms and instructions for students sitting in Malaysia, Singapore and Trinidad and Tobago (see instructions below).

Full instructions are included with each form, please read these instructions carefully as they will answer many of the queries you may have regarding the examination entry process. A fee slip is also included with each form.

Students are responsible for ensuring that their examination entry forms and fees are received in London by the deadline for entry which is 1st February 2010. Please note that individual examination centres may have an earlier deadline, please check with your centre for details.

Please ensure that your examination entry form is returned in hard copy format. Please ensure that your examination entry fee is attached to your examination entry form along with the completed fee slip.

Please note the specific instructions for students sitting in particular countries/regions below:

• Students sitting examinations in Malaysia or Trinidad and Tobago
  Please obtain your examination entry form directly from your local examination centre. The general forms posted here must not be used to make your entry, your local centre will have a supply of forms which are specific to your region.
• Students sitting examinations in Singapore
  If you are studying with SIM you will receive your examination entry form directly from them, please do not use one of these forms. If you are not studying with SIM you should obtain your examination entry form directly from the RELC (contact details at: www.relceb.org [external link]), please do not use one of these forms.
• Students sitting examinations in the UK and rest of the World
  Please download and use these general entry forms as applicable (diploma student should download the general diploma form). UK students should note that their entry form should be signed/stamped by the examination centre and that there is no need for the centre to provide a confirmation letter to the University of London.
