In Q2, there is a typographic error in presentation. The items (a) to (c) should be:
(a) electronic memory
(b) magnetic memory
(c) optical memory
Also, in Q4(b),(c) a 'single cell' here indicates a 'single bit cell' or a 'single bit memory'.
