Added: 22 May 2008

The Examiners' Report for unit 65 Macroeconomics 2007 stated that calculators are allowed in the examination in 2008. This was a mistake. They should not be brought into the examination hall and it has been confirmed by the Chief Examiner that a calculator is not needed in the macroeconomics examination.

Students should be aware that calculators are not needed at all when answering this paper. The examination has in fact been designed to be answered without the use of a calculator.
