You may submit your application for all our courses direct to London at any time during the year prior to the application closing date.
Please note that the Applications Closing Date for students resident outside the EU is 17th September 2010 for the majority of Undergraduate programmes and by which date your application must have been received in London for processing, submitted on-line or submitted to the admissions team on their annual visit to KL.
Please note that BSc Business Administration has an earlier closing date, 24th August 2010 and so applications for this programme should be either sent to London or submitted on-line, it will be too late to process them in KL.
However, if you are applying to one of the undergraduate courses and you are unable to do this before 1 August, when the Admissions office in London starts to get busy, then we suggest that you visit our Admissions team who make an annual visit to Kuala Lumpur in September of each year to process applications on the spot.
The Admissions team from the University of London International Programmes will be available in KL to process applications from personal callers, as follows:

We are happy to see you, no appointment is required, at any of the above sessions. Alternatively if you plan to take tuition at a local college, you can submit your completed application form, application fee and all evidence to that college and they will bring it to us in KL. Once processed, we will return everything to the college for them to distribute to each applicant.
Whilst we will have a small stock of prospectuses etc with us in KL, it will help speed up the process if applicants can bring with them the following:
The completed Application Form (can be downloaded from programme pages) and Application Fee, as from 1st September this year this fee will rise to £63. Bank Drafts must be made payable to the "University of London" with your name written on the reverse. Credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) can also be accepted and if possible a fees slip should accompany such payments. Please note that we are unable to accept cash.
Evidence of full name and date of birth, including any name changes; a photo-copy of a birth certificate, passport or National ID card should be provided, it doesn't have to be verified by a third party.
Documentary evidence of all educational qualifications, ie the original certificates or original statements of results if the original certificates have yet to be issued, all of which will be returned immediately if you visit in person or via the institution who has submitted your application on your behalf (see above). If original documents are not available, we can then advise you on what evidence we require and how to obtain it. Please note that the British Council are no longer able to verify photo-copies of original documents, and we are unable to accept such verification from anyone else.
As far as is possible we hope to take decisions on all applications received in KL before we return to the UK.
If you are able to apply before 1st August then please EITHER send your completed application form, fee etc to London in the usual way OR submit it via the local college for them to send to London on your behalf. Alternatively you can apply online and follow the instructions in order to submit fees and/or documents to London. After 1st August, when the Admissions Office in London becomes increasingly busy, it may save you time if you wait and submit your application to our team in KL in September.
