Bachelor of Laws

I chose to study for a University of London degree because the flexible study method  allowed me to combine study with my work and family commitments, and the fees represented good value for money indeed.
Although the unavailability of lecturers for consultation on difficult law concepts represented a real challenge for me, I found the revision lectures that I attended in the UK very useful.
My success at the Bachelor of Laws examination encouraged me to pursue a Master of Laws degree in the UK, which I also completed successfully.
My long-term goal is to set up an institute in my country of origin, Ghana, to train people in international trade law and to assist with capacity building in the trade sector in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Gaining my Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of London has totally changed my career prospects and opened several avenues for me to contribute to international affairs.

Master of Laws (LLM) Studied in Hong Kong

As a qualified barrister, Nisha Mohamed was keen to study for a Master of Laws. Already working in a thriving practice, she enrolled with the University of London International Programmes, which offered a course that focused on the areas she wanted to specialise in.

The structure and flexibility of the course helped her to succeed, and the fact that her new qualification is highly respected in Hong Kong is a bonus. The Masters has opened many doors of opportunity for me, she says, and has taught me that with self-discipline, perseverance and determination, anythingis possible.
