Undergraduate Law scholarships

The University of London International Programmes is awarding scholarships to study law at an undergraduate level in Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Tanzania and Uganda. The scholarships are for students beginning their studies in October 2012.

Bachelor of Laws (LLB) scholarships: Tanzania and Uganda

Note: Applications for Bachelor of Laws scholarships closed July 2012, more information will follow at a later date.

Five LLB scholarships are available for students in Tanzania and Uganda. The scholarships cover all registration and examination fees charged by the University of London.

When you have completed the form please either scan it and attach to an email and send it to ULP@london.ac.uk or post the form to:

If you are posting the form, please allow sufficient time for it to arrive in London before the deadline of 1 July. Applications received after this date will not be considered.

Diploma in Law scholarships: Ghana, Kenya and Nigeria

Ten scholarships to study our Diploma in Law are available for students in Ghana, Kenya and Nigeria. The scholarships cover all registration and examination fees charged by the University of London. However, as it is compulsory to study the Diploma at a recognised teaching centre, you may have to pay fees to the centre.

To apply for the scholarships, you will need to contact one of the below teaching institutions and complete an application test:

Application deadline

Applications for both the LLB and Diploma in Law scholarships close on 1 July 2012. Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed in August 2012.
