Intercollegiate Examiners are members of the academic staff of a College of the University of London other than the Lead College. The role is identical to that of an External Examiner, except there is the additional duty of ensuring the standards of the awards are comparable with those of other Colleges of the University of London. Intercollegiate Examiners are appointed at the discretion of the Lead College and according to Lead College policy.
