21. Correction is made to the characteristics of the Assessment Criteria (22nd November 2011)

Correction is made to the characteristics of the Assessment Criteria (Annex E) in the 90-100 mark and how this relates to qualitative subjects and quantitative subjects. Previously the characteristics of the Assessment Criteria in the 90-100 mark were both attributed to quantitative subjects.
