What can you study?
Many of our 2,000 students in Sri Lanka are studying for the undergraduate laws programme (LLB), which is recognised for entry to the advanced stages of legal training in England, Wales, and other jurisdictions.
Others are studying degrees in areas such as accounting, business, economics and management, all of which are developed by the London School of Economics and Political Science.
We offer postgraduate programmes in a range of subjects. The new Master's in Professional Accountancy allows you to gain an MSc degree and a professional ACCA accountancy qualification at the same time.

Flexibile study options
You don't have to put your life on hold to study our programmes. Distance learning allows you to fit your studies around your work and family life. You can study independently or with a local institution. We currently work with three teaching centres in Sri Lanka.
There are a number of competitive scholarships awarded for high academic performance. Students in Sri Lanka are eligible for our undergraduate Achievement Awards, our LLM scholarships for postgraduate laws, and Commonwealth Scholarships to study the MSc in Veterinary Epidemiology and Public Health.
The top performing graduate from our BSc Accounting and Finance course who goes onto study for a CIMA qualification will be awarded a sponsorship package, which includes:
- £200 cash
- Free CIMA registration
- Free CIMA exemptions
- One cimastudy.com module.

We are aware that the Council of Legal education has introduced (or is in the process of introducing) new regulations governing admission to the legal profession in Sri Lanka. Matters concerning the duration of studies that graduates have to undergo at Sri Lanka Law College and any maximum age limits are subject to the decision of the Council of Legal Education.
