You can study in Thailand and graduate from the University of London. We have a wide range of undergraduate, Masters and short courses available by distance learning. Our programmes include international relations, development studies, English Literature, Philosophy, MBA in International Management and public health. You can browse our full list of postgraduate programmes or undergraduate programmes (for holders of 'A' levels, or of equivalent qualifications) or use our 'Find a Course' facility.

Entry requirements

The typical entry requirements for our undergraduate degrees include at least two GCE Advanced levels passed at Grade E or above; plus at least 3 further subjects passed at GCSE/GCE O Level at grade C or above or the equivalent from the Thai School Leaving Certificate examination (MAW 6).

In addition we would also consider the following as meeting our general requirements for undergraduate degrees:

  • 3 UK A levels, with at least 1 subject passed at grade D or above;
  • The International Baccalaureate, Diploma level;
  • An Associate or Bachelors degree from a recognized university in Thailand.

Please note that some programmes also have specific course requirements and that ALL our programmes require a high level of English proficiency; this is generally recognised with a recognised Test of Proficiency, i.e.  IELTS or TOEFL.

What our students say:

LLB Graduate Suvitcha Nativivat
LLB graduate, Thailand
Graduated 2005
Associate, Bunchong and Vidhya Law Office, Bangkok

I chose to study the University of London LLB out of my desire to master the comparative knowledge and skills in both Thai and English legal systems, and to give myself the option of working either in Bangkok or in London. Thanks to the University of London, I was accepted onto the LLM programme at the University of Pennsylvania Law School in the US. After my graduation from Penn Law, I worked as an associate at Linklaters, one of the world’s most prestigious law firms, before becoming the legal manager at a leading international insurance company. These opportunities are knocking at your door, and you simply need the motivation to grasp these chances.

I would recommend a University of London degree because it provides an internationally recognized qualification at an affordable price. I could study flexibly at my own pace and the degree helped me develop both professionally and academically.
